Ideal size
I'm currently in my grade 10 season of highschool, playing tackle Right now I'm 6' 2" 215ibs, which I feel like is pretty small for my position. Right now im usually only put in for long yardage situations, and our other DT (who's about 315ibs) goes in for short yardages I'm obviously going to the gym but muscle and weight still comes on slowly, an I undersized?
3 point or 4 point stancr
What are the different benefits of each, and which is better at End vs at Tackle. Right now I line up in 3 point at tackle and 4 point at end, but I never really understood which is better

Working on delivering contact Im not sure if it's a mental barrier or what but alot of my coaches hound me about it. Especially in log drills I find that I recieve contact more often then I deliver it.
