Day 24, and still on track. Although my steps have decreased this week due to work, hopefully I'll manage more this weekend with basketball training 🏀
Loving the food recipes that have been provided by and everyone else that has shared. For the first time ever, I'm really enjoying healthy food and I've not strayed to the indulgence 🤣 although, at times I do miss a Danish pastry. So far I've lost 21 pounds, and my clothes are feeling a little baggy! I've even managed to get back into a slim fit shirt!
I hope everyone is OK and also still enjoying the process as much as I am 💪😁
