Does meal timing matter when it comes to losing weight?
Here's 3 of my top tips to cracking the diet code 🔢 Far too many people sweat the small stuff such as... What's the best fat burning supplement. What's best, eat breakfast or fast. When is best to eat. Let me give you the main tips that will make this a heck of a lot easier for you 👇

Feeling great
I slept most of the day and night yesterday as iv been battling a cold. It wouldn't come out properly probably because my body is being nourished with whst it needs and today I feel great. Iv not done all my steps (well yesterday) or any strength training but iv done yoga and swimming and that's fine with me. Il try and do a workout after my interview this afternoon. I had two slices of pizza and a few chips last night as I was exhausted and my tummy was playing up(years of abuse) and I'm OK with that too. this morning I woke up strong, my vanilla pea protein has arrived as iv fished the last one so I'm excited to try that plus I found some snacks that might be good for people on the go. Iv double triple checked them.. Iv got 4 days to go of the 30 day challenge and once iv got myself sorted I will start the gut optimisation. I really need it. Probably start Monday 6th as I'm going out fir a meal with my mum and friends and I want to start strong to get the best results. Sorry for the long email but I wanted to share !!

Been a While
Hi All, It has been while since I posted., work has been super hectic. It was hard having to travel for work. However, I have managed to keep up on my food choices though 95% and taking the whole food way. It crazy how the reset effects you, normally in high stress my go too was chocolate. Now it refined to the dates and 100% or just an apple. My gym time is also improved with heavier sessions all round. Thanks Mark for helping to get to this point.

That is extremely impressive Cathy, wow! You are clearly getting stronger 🙌
Progress
Day 24, and still on track. Although my steps have decreased this week due to work, hopefully I'll manage more this weekend with basketball training 🏀 Loving the food recipes that have been provided by @Mark Bryce and everyone else that has shared. For the first time ever, I'm really enjoying healthy food and I've not strayed to the indulgence 🤣 although, at times I do miss a Danish pastry. So far I've lost 21 pounds, and my clothes are feeling a little baggy! I've even managed to get back into a slim fit shirt! I hope everyone is OK and also still enjoying the process as much as I am 💪😁

21 lbs in 24 days WOW!!! Giles this is some number, I'm suspecting a new wardrobe is now required. Well done and I'm proud of you for sticking with the process!
