Today was the last day of the fat loss program.
To be honest, I don’t want to stop. It doesn’t feel hard to follow this program. I like the “new” food and the results are massive. I always worked out hard. Trained 4 times a week. Stenght and on my bike. But I always stayed around the same weight. In 30 days I lost 6 kg just because I ate different. I didn’t eat less, I actually ate more than I was used to. But different. Never thought that I can do a bootcamp class on just some fruit and 2 boiled eggs. But I did. We tried the recipes from the list, my wife cooked meals that were healthy and tasted nice. I will and want to continu this!
Tomorrow, after the 30 days I will step in the scale to see the exact results. The photo’s from before and after talks for themselve.
Again, thank you for you advice, help and to bring me into this program! The Q&A’s are helpfull. The community is helpfull and supportive. I really enjoy it. So maybe the 30 days are over, but I stay on for the next 30 days! 😉
