Today was the last day of the fat loss program. To be honest, I don’t want to stop. It doesn’t feel hard to follow this program. I like the “new” food and the results are massive. I always worked out hard. Trained 4 times a week. Stenght and on my bike. But I always stayed around the same weight. In 30 days I lost 6 kg just because I ate different. I didn’t eat less, I actually ate more than I was used to. But different. Never thought that I can do a bootcamp class on just some fruit and 2 boiled eggs. But I did. We tried the recipes from the list, my wife cooked meals that were healthy and tasted nice. I will and want to continu this! Tomorrow, after the 30 days I will step in the scale to see the exact results. The photo’s from before and after talks for themselve. Again, @Mark Bryce thank you for you advice, help and to bring me into this program! The Q&A’s are helpfull. The community is helpfull and supportive. I really enjoy it. So maybe the 30 days are over, but I stay on for the next 30 days! 😉
First time in 3 years
First time in 3 years I have gone to a gym, albeit a small work one! It’s got exactly what I need for my strength training! Day 4 today and down 3.5lbs already! Really enjoying the food, and feeling better mentally and physically (or starting too)! Yesterday was hard, massive headache but managed it! Caffeine withdrawal stepping in a bit but creating new habits! Each day is a battle won! We keep moving 💪🏽

I’m a working professional, with a background in well-being- however I have lost my own way since my beautiful boys came into the world. I’m ready to take back control and be the best version of me. With time being my biggest obstacle- I brought the gym to me and have my own space to workout now- so let’s do this 💪🏻

Day 29
Yesterday was a good day. The last couple of weeks the sunday was weighing time, but because the end of the 30 days program is close by I did not weigh myself but wait till the last day. Today I made my steps, I did the 3 liters of water, had Greek Yoghurt for breakfast, some vegetables and 2 eggs for lunch. For dinner I had spinach with quinoa. The new food (meals) is within the 30 days the new standard, this is really a big change and a great change for the future!

Some fun facts about me: I’m a lifelong Liverpool supporter (yes, even down here on the south coast of England!). I lived in the USA for a while but moved back to the UK in 2020. I’m married and have four grown-up kids, so life’s never dull. Why are you here? I am 52. I’ve just hit an all-time high of 113.2kg and I know it’s time to change. I want to take back control of my health and start building better habits. Where are you from? I’m from the south coast of England. Went to university in Bristol. Lived in Yorkshire and Idaho, USA. Now living in the Cotswolds. What would you like to achieve in the next 30 days? I’d love to lose 5 kilos, but more importantly, I want to be consistent with exercise, eating healthier, and feeling more energetic. What do you enjoy doing in your social time? Spending time travelling, messing about with new tech, and watching sport. Which team or sport do you follow? Liverpool FC — been a Red all my life! Let’s go! 🚀
