Panic can feel like a setback on the path of awakening, but I’m realizing it’s actually an invitation. My body isn’t betraying me at all, it’s calling me back to presence. When fear rises, I’ve been practicing grounding: placing my bare feet on the floor, noticing my surroundings, focusing on breath. In those moments, I shift my energy just enough to reconnect with the part of me that is unshaken.
Ascension isn’t about bypassing fear or forcing positivity.. it’s about anchoring light into the body.
When the nervous system feels safe, the spirit can expand. Healing the body is what allows the soul to fully embody its next level. ❤️🩹

When fear shows up, I start noticing the colors around me. Focusing on them helps me come back to the moment, and in that stillness, I can hear my higher self again. 💛🩵🩷💜❤️💚
