Nervous System Reset Experience TONIGHT
Tonight is the Nervous System Reset Experience. 7pm MST.
My intention is to give your nervous system a complete reset, wherever you're starting from or whatever you’re going through. It will be deeply healing.
We will use breath, somatics and regulation tools to clear your body of stuck energy and bring it into alignment.
Come prepared with:
- A comfortable place to lie down
- A journal
- Headphones
- An open heart
