Hello dear ones :) my name is Mara (birth name Daniela, that's why I gave it here, for the sake of correctness) I am 34 and live in the beautiful Allgäu/Bavaria. I am complexly traumatized and hope that this community will give me a sense of belonging and more understanding for my inner chaos. I very much want to heal my nervous system so that I can finally step into my full power :) I look forward to getting to know you 💥
