Greetings from Ireland

Hello everyone, my name is Udo and I’m joining from Ireland. I work as a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, and I have a long-standing interest in trying out new stuff.

I am always curious in learning something new and moving (in a gentle way) a bit outside of my comfort zone. I am eclectic in my approach, and I’m looking forward to learning from the community here, and sharing the journey with others who are exploring their own. 😊
