Hi everyone, I’m Lorri-Lynn I guide midlife women back into connection with themselves, especially after years of overriding what their body has been asking for. My work really lives in the moment before action…the moment before you eat, push, scroll, or say yes when you mean no. I’ve been leaning into the practice of pausing and what becomes available when we create space instead of force. I’m building The Inner Shift Collective, a space where this work is explored in a grounded, real-life way. I am excited to learn more, recalibrate, and support my nervous system…and to be part of this space in a real and meaningful way. Thank you for having me. 💛
