About somatic healing
Hello everyone yesterday i tried the somatic healing as per the guided video and after that i done myself with 398 earth frequency..
And after years i am feeling like i am actual feeling my body and seeing whats going on around me without any thoughts...its really very grounding...
Can i add 398 frequency with somatic healing..
