Here's the recap we sent sharing our major takeaways from the Biohacking Conference last week. HOW DO YOU KILL A BIOHACKER? Immerse them in 4 days of gadgets, supplements, cold plunges, saunas, vibration devices, neuro feedback machines, brain taps and supplements galore. It may not have killed us, but it was certainly exhausting... in the best way possible. Wow, what a week!. B and I just spent 4 days in Austin, TX at Dave Asprey’s Biohacking Conference and as I sat on the 7am flight back to NY, my brain was on fire with all that we had seen, learned, experienced and felt. Brace yourself, this might be a long one. There was no better way to kick off the conference than by going from our flight (and fight or flight) right into the Ammortal chamber for a little multi-modality, full body reset and recharge. The chamber combines Infra-red light, molecular hydrogen, multi-wave pulsed electromagnetic and electric fields, vibro acoustics, and guided breath work. Check it out HERE. Tuesday night we headed to our friend Freddy’s house, more like a biohacking compound, for a party sponsored by StemRegen. The house had a sauna, oxygen therapy, pulse wave devices, cold plunges, NanoVi and red light panels. The best part about this gathering wasn’t the fun, fancy gadgets, it was the people. We met Freddy last year at Biohacking at the FlowPresso booth (more on his product later) and it was an instant friendship. That’s just the kind of guy Freddy is and the kind of people he surrounds himself with. Freddy has an awesome podcast called Beautifully Broken and has interviewed hundreds of people in the Biohacking/Functional Medicine/Wellness space to educate his audience and share his own personal journey through cancer, Lyme and mold toxicity.
