Fruit/Veggie Washing. This is a thing, right!?
As a parent with young kids there’s only so many things we can think about in the day and historically fruit and veggie washing was never one of them! It is easier to be oblivious and give a quick wipe/rinse. After installing reverse osmosis under the sink and a whole house filtration system which is a whole other topic, I finally pulled the trigger and am starting to formally wash our fruit and veggies.
I grabbed this Eco plant powered fruit and veggie wash from uncle Giuseppe‘s and have been getting into the habit of doing this the moment we get home before putting them away.
We try and shop organic whenever possible.
