Quads and glutes are on FIRE today!
Yesterday I did and recorded KBell challenge 103.
I was very deliberate about squeezing my legs and glutes at the top of every snatch and top of every squat.
It was because of that extra tension on the muscles, my quads and glutes are surprisingly sore today!
Just a reminder to pay attention to the little details that can make a big difference in your workout! 💪
