What’s up kettlebellers?!
So far I’ve uploaded some kettlebell fundamentals. Things like how to breathe, packing your shoulders, and of course how to hinge properly.
These are less than a couple of minutes.
You can find these in the “classroom” above.
Remember, you guys are early to the party. This community is still under construction and there’s going to be a lot more to come.
I’ll be depending on you as first adopters to let me know what kind of info you would like to see.
