Stf day 25 (and 24!)
Goal: do something active every day and focus on relationships (of all types)
Progress: I did two strength training sessions this week, plus all my runs and tennis! It felt good.
I also had really great conversations with friends and coworkers.
I also set up two meetings and had them to explore psychology and business and potential routes at my current job, which is awesome. Plus, I’m meeting up with someone tomorrow to talk about going back to school to be a therapist. Changing my career wasn’t part of my original Stf challenge, but I’m happy to be progressing in that area regardless!
