Sebastian inspired me to do it Day #4
Yesterday morning whilst thinking about what to do I was inspired by to sprinkle through some extra exercise throughout my day. He talked about how it is good to break up some of the activities into manageable chunks rather than all in one go.
I can't do a lot of push-ups. If I were to try and do as many as possible in one go I would probably end up tired and wheezing on the floor by the 12th rep. What I tried to do was get 5-10 push-ups in before every work session I did. Before I knew it I did indeed make it to 50 push-ups (which was my goal) and I ended up with 70 in a day. For me that is a great win so Thank you Sebastian!
