Nice to meet you!

I'm Irma, I'm a web designer and founder of IB Web Solutions. I build and maintain websites for professionals who want a stand alone online presence, promoting their accomplishments, professional branding and marketing to create business and speaking opportunities, collaborations, share their published work and create new career opportunities.

I also have a passion project on IG where I offer fitness strategies, motivation and positive encouragement to women with ADHD and in menopause and teach them how to use AI to create their own fitness strategies and motivation. Enabling them to create small wins giving our ADHD brains that hit of dopamine needed to reduce frustration, and overwhelm that comes with the changes we experience in midlife.
