Hey everyone 👋I’m Frank Palomino, a CPA and firm owner based in Schertz, TX (San Antonio area).

What I do:

I run a CPA firm serving cannabis dispensaries, boutique retail owners, and wellness entrepreneurs 🌿
Most of my clients value collaboration, abundance, and building something intentional

Why I joined:

Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 and learning how to work with my brain instead of fighting it
Here to learn what’s actually working for other ADHD founders
Looking to connect with people who elevate each other and implement

My biggest challenge right now:

Sticking to structure and repetitive daily tasks 😵‍💫
Not always knowing what I should be focusing on
Delegation is hard because I default to being the problem solver, even when I shouldn’t

I’ve been a solopreneur for a long time, so I’m still figuring out leadership and systems that don’t feel rigid or boring.
