Hello

I’m Zoe, a Counsellor and Coach (what I call a Coachellor). I'm UK based and support women and girls, especially those navigating ADHD alongside hormonal ups and downs. I know first-hand how tough it can be when hormones and ADHD collide, and I’m passionate about bringing these conversations into the open and offering real support through community.

I’ll be honest, I’m a total newb when it comes to building an online community and easily get overwhelmed by all the techy options out there. I’m much more of a people person than a systems whizz! But my priority is creating a welcoming space where you can be yourself, share your challenges (ADHD rants and all), and find genuine understanding and practical tools for wellbeing.
