FIVE YEARS!!

2025 marks 5 years I have been in this crazy game of real estate!

I started during COVID in 2020 with 3 kids and $3000 left in my bank account and no more money coming in. We lost our income source and to figure out how to make some money ASAP! So we took our stimulus money and bought this crazy SUBTO mentorship!

Since 2020 I have done over 200 deals, wholesale, fix n flip and buy and holds. This was not easy, it has been blood sweat and tears. The market has not been nice all the time and I have made lot of money, lost lots of money and learned so much along the way.

In 2024 alone I bought 37 flips and sold 22 of those flips, currently working on 15 as week speak. Every single one of those flips was funding with PRIVATE MONEY. Most of my private money lenders being in this group, or referred by someone in this group. I get EMD lending for every flip and private money to fund 100% of my deals. EVERYONE I work with makes money! We have a cool business model that keeps things moving and I have flipped over 70 houses with NONE OF MY OWN MONEY!

I say all this to give people hope for the future. Its a crazy ride, and you will want to quit, you will want to give up, you will make money, you will lose money and it will NOT BE EASY!

BUT... you are here and you now know the secret. This is the best life you can live. Its not the easiest! But who said easy was fun?!?

That being said, my goal for 2025 is to give back what I have been given by this community! Every Monday I host a zoom at 3:30pm Eastern. On this zoom we talk all things real estate. I know a lot of you show up on Mondays but I say this to remind the group to put this on your calendar and don't miss!

YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS! Mostly people post wins and thats great, but what you don't see is what it took to get there. Its never easy, but is worth it. Hope to see you on Monday!
