@Adran liam Marrvay all in all, April was very clear on the process and flow, and I think the mindset you need to have is key for you to communicate effectively with these individuals that have these issues and problems and the key thing is solving their problem while focusing on the Business side so it makes sense and there’s $$ positive revenue.

@Juan Mendez Don't understand I have already started and have processes in place, as well as my CRM with XLeads and the tools for calling, SMS and Emails as well as Automation, Lead Flow and Cadence follow-up for Cold Leads. Just learning additional options to implement as I go forward.
