Good evening coffee lovers, I've recently bought a French Press cause i always have to make coffee for 2 people, I've tried 27grams x 450ml water, mid coarse grind, boiling water off the kettle, coffee tasted good but I wish I can extraxt more sweetness and fruitiness, any advice?

I brewed a V60 with a Colombian Sidra. The recipe is as follows: - 15 g coffee - 225 g water - pours 55–85–85 - Total brew time 2:35 - TDS 1.30% - EY 17.6%. However, the coffee lacks body and tastes quite flat. What would you do to improve the recipe?
