Wrong Recipe to Fix
I brewed a V60 with a Colombian Sidra.
The recipe is as follows:
  • 15 g coffee
  • 225 g water
  • pours 55–85–85
  • Total brew time 2:35
  • TDS 1.30%
  • EY 17.6%.
However, the coffee lacks body and tastes quite flat.
What would you do to improve the recipe?
