French Press > Leg Press
Good evening coffee lovers, I've recently bought a French Press cause i always have to make coffee for 2 people, I've tried 27grams x 450ml water, mid coarse grind, boiling water off the kettle, coffee tasted good but I wish I can extraxt more sweetness and fruitiness, any advice?

@Pietro Monacelli i did 4.30 total, first pour 50/60ml, 30 sec bloom then stir and add remaining water, I'll try less water next time!

@Pietro Monacelli as a lazy person I absolutely love it, also cup consistency even if I brew with it when I'm still asleep, with almost no care at all, is crazy.
