Journal pages- PDF attached
I said I was going to try to share the journal pages I made for myself when I was trying to discover what my cravings really meant, what my triggers were, and when my nervous system was chaos, what emotions I was discovering.
The second page I used when my brain and anxiety were bouncing all over the place and I couldn’t pinpoint what I was feeling or thinking. It was just the ramblings of a crazy person, lol, but it helped remove it from being contained in my body.
I tried to attach it so it can be printed. I’m not quite sure how to upload it here as a digital fillable PDF but I liked having mine printed. There is something effective for me about the brain’s connection to what I’m physically writing rather than typing.
