Except here you can ACTUALLY combine our community; the virtual exercise assistant; WITH in-clinic training/rehabilitation too! ...We can't virtually assist you in the act of weight lifting / resistance movement itself; but our teams of kinesiological experts & certified trainers in Physiomed clinics absolutely can! This section will actually tie-in strongly with those who need to be booking more in-person sessions with teams who actually care and are invested in your progress even after each session finishes!

3. WEDNESDAY WINS & WEEKLY CHECK-IN: The Mentor in your pocket. A Life-Coach / Accountability Coach / Mindset Coach in your pocket. A check in when you post a WIN on wednesdays or at the very least a THOUGHT about a challenge you're navigating this week.
