progress update 🚀 immmpreeesssiv.
I’ve made some really solid progress with my binge eating. For the past two weeks, I’ve been eating much more intuitively, and I even got through Christmas without bingeing especially on foods I didn’t truly want. When I checked in with my doctor, he confirmed that I’m heading in a very healthy direction. What’s helped me the most are @Michael Stuttgart 's ind and compassionate views. He reminded me that genuinely enjoying food like sharing cookies with family when you actually crave them, is not only completely healthy, but also totally normal. All the tools and strategies he taught me have made a huge difference too. 🚀🚀🚀🚀

Understand emotional/stress eating
I weigh 100 kg and I would like to reduce to 60 kg, but unfortunately I tend to eat when I’m stressed. What should I pay attention to?
