progress update 🚀 immmpreeesssiv.
I’ve made some really solid progress with my binge eating. For the past two weeks, I’ve been eating much more intuitively, and I even got through Christmas without bingeing especially on foods I didn’t truly want. When I checked in with my doctor, he confirmed that I’m heading in a very healthy direction. What’s helped me the most are @Michael Stuttgart 's ind and compassionate views. He reminded me that genuinely enjoying food like sharing cookies with family when you actually crave them, is not only completely healthy, but also totally normal. All the tools and strategies he taught me have made a huge difference too. 🚀🚀🚀🚀

@Chris Brandwein Merry Christmas :)) Thank you so much for your detailed and heartfelt message! 😊 “You are exactly the needle in the haystack for this group!” (a German idiom). Your “Christmas gift” from me is a clear answer with a thoughtful structure in my post. Everything is interconnected, like gears in a clock. A Good Plan, a will to get the Goal and to change something is a high possibility to get the Goal. In general, excess fat in the liver holds back both the body and emotional eating patterns, as well as gut issues and (if needed) sustainable weight loss (About the suceess Rate and some Studies i ill write more in Detail, thats enough for this intro :)) No 1 Liver No 1b Sidequest (Long Sidequest 25-30-35 Weeks long) Handle the Situation of comming home and eat everthing whats in your Way No 2 Milestone 15 Kg No 3 Red Line of Life / behavior (its about your behavior not beeing harder to you self) No 4 Milestone Weightloss No 5 Colon Diet Structure Goal No. 1: Liver It doesn't necessarily mean you have too many toxins or heavy metals, but too much fat in the liver leads to more cravings, less energy reaching the muscles, and an overall lower energy level (creating an unstoppable cycle: the body feels more hunger and stronger cravings, while less energy actually arrives where it's needed). Fat reduction in the liver (an average liver in a 60 kg woman weighs about 1.5 kg) – yours might weigh 2.5 kg, or perhaps just over 2 kg if you have a very resilient, high-performance liver. But even those extra 0.5 kg absolutely contribute to the symptoms you're describing. The terms differ across languages, but in general: more hunger despite the same activity level, less energy year after year, and at the same time the growing dilemma of needing to "reward" yourself more and more. I would only incorporate a structured gut rebuild around the 70 kg mark – so after about 20–30 kg of weight loss (yes, a gut rebuild does support weight loss to some extent). From experience, though, you have to be very precise. You always have to hit the nail on the head with the main problem.

@Vern Evershed Welcome :) ! Thankyou to share. What you think will help you most? Woher kannst du deutsch:)? Sei gegrüßt ich hab seit 4 Jahren im Zentrum von Stuttgart die Praxis www.Ernaehrungsberatungstuttgart.de also quasi in der größten Baustelle sowohl Gesundheitssystem als auch im Vergleich zu Deutschland. Menschen per Krankenkasse therapiert. Nun werde ich von Deutscher Therapie auf Englisch wechseln, als auch mehr VIdeo's und co zu produzieren. Ein längeres Video zum Emotionalen Essen oder auf Englisch Binge Eating ist bereits in Planung.
