Over the last decade, more eating patterns have emerged than nutrition research recognizes. In stress eating, practical experience often leads the way. Those affected understand the challenges better than researchers or most doctors. After working with 100+ emotional eating clients over decades and analyzing the results, I developed my 10-step system. Step 4—becoming emotionally independent and adopting a “long view”—is a milestone many reach about four weeks after watching the first video.
