Hey everyone, is anyone out there looking for a virtual trainer?
Single Leg, Leg Press
Single-Leg Leg Press 💪 Training one leg at a time helps build strength while improving balance, stability, and muscular symmetry. It also allows you to identify and work on differences in strength between your legs. A great exercise for building stronger legs for the things you do every day walking, climbing stairs, getting up from a chair, and staying independent. Train one side at a time. Build strength that carries over to life. https://youtu.be/A-zGlRf6PEI?si=VZL-vGIje9VqEHA8

Landmine Squats.
Landmine squats are a great exercise because they’re easier on the joints than traditional barbell squats while still building strength. They are especially good for: - Leg strength: Targets the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. - Core stability: Your abs and lower back work to keep you balanced. - Better squat technique: The angled bar encourages a more upright torso, making it easier to learn proper form. - Mobility limitations: A good option for people with limited ankle, hip, or shoulder mobility. - Lower back comfort: Many people find them more comfortable than back squats because there’s less spinal loading Landmine squats can be an excellent choice because they help build strength, improve balance, and make everyday activities like getting up from a chair or climbing stairs easier and safer. Have any questions? Just ask thanks
