Land Mine Squats
Landmine squats are great for building real-world strength and joint-friendly power 💪 They’re especially good for: • Stronger quads, glutes, and hips. • Core stability without heavy spinal load. • Better squat mechanics for beginners. • Safer squatting for people with back or shoulder limits. • Athletic drive and force production. • Smooth transition into presses and total-body movements. Because the bar path is angled, they’re easier on the joints but still hit hard. Perfect for beginners — and a secret weapon for advanced lifters too. https://youtu.be/ZAAwWt2mLf0?si=70mlFjBOd8snj3Lt

Goblets Squats
Goblets squats can be done with a Kettle Bell, Power Block, a Dumbbell or even a heavy Medicine Ball. The progression would be, first Prisoner Squats, Goblets Squats and then Barbell Squats. In order for your ligaments and tendons to adapt, that would be my suggested progression. Last it would be, Squats on Smith Machines, or Hack Squats. By then your ligaments and tendons should be strong enough to follow the range of motion of the machines. Muscles work when doing Free Weights Squats, are your Lower Back, Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps and Hamstrings. Have any questions? Please feel free to ask.
