What content of information do you need when it comes to weight training? I been a personal trainer for almost 30 years now. I have an encyclopedia in my heads when it comes to exercises, any form or styles of resistance training or weight training my favorite and the one that I been doing for 30 years. Which exercise do you struggle with the most?
Which exercises do you struggle with the most? Lunges are the the ones for me. I still get them done & shoulder presses do to a herniated disk in my lower back.
