@Emma Caunce excellent! Emma, thank you for sharing. I love doing squats, it's one of my favorites, even with a herniated disk that I have from a minor car accident from a few years ago. It is still a must-do. Good luck 🍀 and don’t forget to warm up properly and you might want to consider doing foam rolling before your Lifts 💪 just my two cents.

Even though there are over 2,000 methods of training your body, this is one of the methods I use to train my clients: Foam Rolling, Stretching, Core Training, Balance, then Weights. When it comes to the weights—or resistance, for that matter— You can start with bodyweight exercises, followed by rubber band resistance, then free-weight dumbbells, then free-weight barbells, and lastly, machines.
