I almost clipped my own wings because lack of belief or faith in my own abilities. Don’t sell your “soul” or “dreams” to someone that isn’t going to appreciate it as much as you do. ✨ Somebody recently said to me, “why would you clip your own wings?” when discussing future endeavors, etc. I was like damn, here is someone that sees my potential more than I do. This man didn’t want to clip my wings and/or take advantage of my vulnerability and drive. He gave me back the steering wheel and said, fly high. You don’t need me. Much love to people like this. It can change one’s own trajectory into genuine and authentic greatness. 💪💛

You have so much more to give, to share, to experience, and to care about. You’re not done. You are just beginning… A new chapter.. Some pages might be worn or torn, but unwritten up ahead. It’s up to you what comes next. I trust this next chapter. What is (Peak) Physical Wellness 2 you? 💪💛
What does physical wellness look like 2 you and when do you feel you’re at your best? Your peak, sort of speak…😁 *Remember…we’re all different…and that’s ok. Be your best you, that you can be…TODAY. *I’d say I’m at my peak (exercise wise) when I’m doing resistance training in the gym 3x a week (3 hrs a wk) and outdoor cardio 2-3x a week (3 hrs a wk) with 1-2 days rest. **That’s literally about 6 hours out of a week (7 days/168 hours a week) to feel I’m at my peak physical wellness! 🧐 My gosh, I gotta get back to this! I know I’m capable!! 💪💛 Who’s with me? I need an accountabilibuddy!! 😅 3x the gym / 2x cardio a week / 2 days rest I believe in you. ~Gerard

Physical Wellness is an integral part of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Wheel and should be a priority when it comes to your overall wellbeing. “A strong core allows you to do so much more.” 😁 I like to say, strength is built from the inside out, also known as core strength. We all have the ability. *I’ll be posting a few physical wellness related links here and there along this journey and as always…would love to hear your thoughts! ⬇️ *Go slow, be mindful, and don’t ever push it too hard. Any movement is better than no movement when it comes to our physical wellness. (When it’s comes to core, I’d personally start with crunches, bridges, leg lifts, planks, and Russian twists before going more advanced) Let’s build that core strength! 💪💛 Note: part of my journey is in being an ACE certified personal trainer.
