I like to say, strength is built from the inside out, also known as core strength. We all have the ability.
*Iโ€™ll be posting a few physical wellness related links here and there along this journey and as alwaysโ€ฆwould love to hear your thoughts! โฌ‡๏ธ
*Go slow, be mindful, and donโ€™t ever push it too hard. Any movement is better than no movement when it comes to our physical wellness.
(When itโ€™s comes to core, Iโ€™d personally start with crunches, bridges, leg lifts, planks, and Russian twists before going more advanced)
