What does physical wellness look like 2 you and when do you feel you’re at your best? Your peak, sort of speak…😁
*Remember…we’re all different…and that’s ok. Be your best you, that you can be…TODAY.
*I’d say I’m at my peak (exercise wise) when I’m doing resistance training in the gym 3x a week (3 hrs a wk) and outdoor cardio 2-3x a week (3 hrs a wk) with 1-2 days rest.
**That’s literally about 6 hours out of a week (7 days/168 hours a week) to feel I’m at my peak physical wellness! 🧐
