✨Weekly Check In✨
We are on Week 3. Can you believe it? Let’s finish strong! Time to evaluate - what are your wins? Where are you seeing the most improvement? Where are you struggling? Hop over to the course and fill in your weekly progress. You might ask but why? The Weekly Progress Report is not about grading yourself. It’s about growing in awareness, consistency, and grace. So many women only focus on what went wrong. This tool helps you pause and recognize what’s actually improving — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 💚 The Purpose of the Weekly Reflection 1. Celebrate Progress Most growth happens in small steps. The progress report helps you notice: * healthier choices * stronger habits * emotional victories * spiritual growth * consistency you may otherwise overlook ⸻ 2. Build Self-Awareness Healthy change starts with honesty. Reflecting weekly helps you identify: * what helped you feel your best * what triggered stress or overwhelm * habits that are becoming sustainable * areas where you need support ⸻ 3. Break the “All-or-Nothing” Mindset Many women only focus on perfection. This report shifts the focus from: ❌ “Did I do everything perfectly?” to: ✅ “How am I growing?” ⸻ 4. Connect Health + Faith Temple care is about more than food and workouts. The reflection helps you consider: * spiritual growth * emotional health * mindset * rest * peace * connection with God Because true wellness includes all of you. ⸻ 5. Create Sustainable Change Reflection creates intentional living. When you pause weekly to evaluate your choices, you become more likely to: * stay consistent * continue healthy habits * make adjustments early * avoid burnout * keep moving forward ⸻ 🌿 Temple Care Reminder You are not looking for perfection. You are learning to care for yourself with intention, grace, and consistency. Small progress still matters.

What would disciplined self-care look like with grace instead of harshness?
Instead of looking at yourself in the mirror and belittling yourself just remember that God created you and loves you just the way you are.
What helps you feel emotionally and mentally restored?
What helps you feel emotionally and mentally restored? Being rooted in God's Word. Staying grounded in First Place for Health Bible studies. If something is making me feel anxious, fearful, or life seems to be falling apart. I know that I've taken my eyes off Jesus and need to put them right back on HIM. He is where the JOY is! I am thankful that I know what to do when life is hard. Because no matter what everyone goes through something. Psalms 23:3 He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths fo HIS name sake.

What routines or rhythms help your life feel more peaceful and stable?
The night before a laundry day I go in the basement and set up the washer and dryer that way in the am they are ready to go! Last night I forgot so the first load went through the whole cycle without any soap! UGH they are being washed again this time with soap. When I get up in the morning after taking care of the dogs I immediately go and do my Bible reading for the day along with writing my prayers out. When I fail to do that my whole day is a mess. Time with the Lord, no matter how small, is a must for me or my day is shot.
