Healthy Routines
From the poll we took, quite a few of you mentioned you need to get back into healthy routines. At First Place for Health, we begin with one truth: lasting wellness starts with Christ. When we place Him first in our daily routines—before food choices, fitness plans, or schedules—everything else aligns. A healthy routine begins with surrender and asking God to guide our decisions. Question: What does putting Christ first look like in your daily routine? Or is there something that needs to be surrendered to Christ in your life? Remember, this is a place for encouragement and no judgment, a place where we can learn and help each other.

Putting Christ first in my daily routine means: starting my day in scripture. I began reading the Bible Recap January 1st. I'm thankful I'm still doing it. I usually fall short and give up. I love all the FP4H Bible studies. I have a closer relationship with Christ more than I ever had. When I look at the aspects of the 4-sided cross ✝️ I can see how far He has brought me. I know I'll never be perfect this side of heaven. But this is a beautiful journey ❤️ and as long as I keep my eyes on the prize 😍 He is faithful and walks beside me.

I just listened to the webinar. What a sweet treat!!!! It was six years ago when I joined Sherry and Jen's virtual FP4H class. The Lord knudged me to start an in person class at my church and I've been facilitating a class ever since. We are going to do Sherry's Walk in Wisdom as our next study. I can't wait. ☺This webinar was such an encouragement. Thank you Sherry for all you do for the Kingdom.

My name is Mary. I'm originally from Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦 but have been living in Lake City, Florida for over 35 years. I believe it's home now and it's where the Lord placed me. I need to work on being more intentional in eating healthy. Being tired is an excuse I must change my mindset.

I'm thankful for FP4H and my special group of ladies in my class. I've been working overtime for the past 14 days straight, and no endin sight. I'm grateful for my medical coding job, but it makes it hard to put my wellness first place. But I do know that God is always with us leading, guiding, and directing my path.
