What are you hearing?
Is there something that you feel God is gradually revealing to you at this time? Do you feel equipped to respond in the way that He wants you to?

I love this "poor choices today definitely affect my tomorrows" I'm reading through the Bible with the Bible Recap. 2 Kings 18. King Hezekiah did what was right in the Lord's eyes...in the recap True Worship will destroy our idols. Amen 🙏 and Jesus, He is where the Joy is. Lord Jesus, help me make better choices today that honors you.

@Vanessa Grable Yes, I am learning so much from it. I love the recap of each daily scripture reading. That's great you are getting movement in by walking. I'm the opposite...lol I get 3-4 days of strength resistance training and cardio, but I want to add more walking. I was walking 2-3 miles a day until my right leg started hurting after a short distance. It's better now and I still find excuses...it's too hot, I don't have time, etc. Let's be accountable to each other and start slowly with 5-10 minutes. I'll walk and you can start some strength training or something else. We must keep our temple in good shape so we can glorify our Lord. Thank you for the motivation. I'm going to walk today ☺️ FP4H is a great support. It's nice to meet you Vanessa 🥰
Thank your body❤️
What is something that your body allowed you to do this week that you are thankful for?

I went walking on trails in the Blue Ridge mountains spending time with my family. Even though it was difficult for my right knee going up hill. I think back to ten plus years ago I would not even attempted the walk because of pain. Exercise is medicine. I used to take 6-8 pills (Tylenol and Tylenol for Arthritis) but now I take nothing but exercise regularly for strength and longevity. Praise Jesus for FP4H!!
What helps you feel emotionally and mentally restored?
What helps you feel emotionally and mentally restored? Being rooted in God's Word. Staying grounded in First Place for Health Bible studies. If something is making me feel anxious, fearful, or life seems to be falling apart. I know that I've taken my eyes off Jesus and need to put them right back on HIM. He is where the JOY is! I am thankful that I know what to do when life is hard. Because no matter what everyone goes through something. Psalms 23:3 He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths fo HIS name sake.

Thank you so much for the recording. I just finished watching the recording and it's GREAT!!!!! Ever since I started my FP4H journey several years ago. I have made little changes that I just realized are now habits. I used to hate to prep...now I prep for the week and not even think about it as prep. It's automatic. I have switch to using glass containers primarily because of the plastic negitive effects. I use stainless steal for my drinking cup or a quart size mason jar. I've been using an app YUKA which is a huge eye opener. It grades food and let you know if it's good or bad based on chemicals, perservitives, sugar, fat content. Then it also gives you a better option. I love the work out plan. I can't wait for the video's. Thank you for that you do to make FP4H a great community. I love this challenge.
