Hey one thing I've discovered... FARRO! It's a whole grain... Sort of like rice but on steroids. It's high protein, anti-inflammatory and I think it's yummy!! I use it instead of rice or noodles at times. Today I made it into a cold salad with veggies, provolone cheese and Italian dressing. It was really filling!! The Italian dressing is the only thing that's not great, but I'll figure that out too... when I have some time. 😎 Anyway, just wanted to share. Have a great evening!!❤️
