Family Dynamics coaching for foster parents and anyone affected by Child Protection Services or the foster care system

Hello. I’m hoping to make this a healthy summer. Needing to stretch and relax. To be mindful and positive. So glad to have joined this yoga group.

I am retired from teaching and now quilt and do crafts. I have not been able to exercise much especially in the past year due to knee pain.

Love my four-legged girls Maisie and Zoey. Learning tarot and crystal healing I’m here to learn to love myself.

I work from home, have a husband and 3 dogs. Looking forward to getting moving!!!
