Do you surrender to comfort instead of pushing past to discomfort? (I do sometimes.) Training your mind is a lot like training your body. Little, consistent changes over a stretch of time make all the difference.
What one, little thing can you do today to train your mind tolerate discomfort?
  • A 30 second cold shower?
  • An extra round of boxing?
  • An extra rep on the weights?
  • An extra 5 minutes of prayer/meditation?
  • A 10 minute drive without the car's air conditioner running?
