Rest vs pain
Been having crazy back pain for 5-6 days now trying to ignore it , I went on my usual routine, I gotta hit goals , went way to hard last night , and only half my morning routine, anyone got suggestions on a quick fix for mid back pain? I'm going to go swim and steam for about 30-45 minutes see if that loosens it up .
