I had an opportunity to attend an event today where Shaq was the keynote speaker. He provided motivation and encouragement, with humbleness and humor. He’s giving back to the community and trying to make this world a better place, especially for the youth. I was able to get a pic with him too!

My friend, @Caroline Ciocca has just joined the community, so please help welcome her! @Skipper Kelp, Caroline used to take Dana’s wildly popular boxing classes a quarter of a century ago and she’s still friends with him. Caroline, look at the classes tab and you’ll find some great reminders from Skip on the basics plus some cool longer workouts. We can FaceTime and do the drills together!
