It can grow, adapt and if prepared enough, break records. Believe in yourself and what your body can do, see it, and then execute. Even if it doesn't always go exactly how we imagine, the belief helps us push ourselves to new levels we may not have thought possible. So if there is a weight that feels scary to lift, a technique that seems too difficult to do or any training milestone that feels out of reach - I challenge you to believe in achieving it, see it and train yourself to incrementally get there without fear.
