I'm a feminist artist and the founder of ART SPAᵀᴹ🌴 - a wellness program that I created to help working women recover from feeling emotionally drained, physically fatigued, or withdrawn → so they can finally regain energy, balance and control in a nurturing, creative environment, using therapeutic art exercises and mindfulness practices 🎨🍃. My mission is to support women’s well-being while simultaneously protecting their income and/or businesses. The idea for ART SPA was born from my personal experience of having severe burnout that resulted a 6-figure financial loss. Consequently, I had to let go of my nine-year-old fine food business, a decision that felt like letting go of my own child. Art found me during that dark period and gave me strength to pick up the broken pieces.
