🌟 Ambassador's Spotlight – Marketing & Content: Meet Romana Siracusa
Continuing our Ambassador's Spotlight on Marketing & Content, we're excited to introduce Romana Siracusa. What if your marketing problem isn't a marketing problem, but a vision problem in disguise? That's the question Romana helps founders answer. Romana helps experienced service-based women stop trading time for money and build their first scalable offer. She's the founder of The GYM, a membership for women ready to turn their expertise into leverage, and also works as a fractional CMO for service businesses in the US and Europe. She quit her job at 42 to start her business — and it now grows through community, referrals, and in-person events, not funnels. After living in Ireland and Italy, she now runs her business from Portugal's Silver Coast, where Friday pizza night is non-negotiable. Here are her top 5 marketing strategy tips: 1. Know Your Mountain Top Before You Touch Your Marketing Most marketing problems are vision problems in disguise. If you don't know where you're going, every shiny tactic looks like a good idea — and you end up busy instead of focused on growing. Get clear on what you're building, who it's for, and what life you want to build. Then let every marketing decision answer to that. 2. Audit Where You Actually Are (Not Where You Think You Are) Pull the real numbers: revenue, list size, conversion rates, and where your last 10 clients came from. Be honest about what's working and what's just habit. When I did this for my own business, I saw that 90% of it came through community, referrals, and in-person events, not funnels. That changed where I put my time. 3. Define Where You Want to Be, in Numbers "More clients" is not a destination. Turn your vision into a 12-month picture you could put on a sticky note: revenue, number of clients, the offer you're selling, and how many hours you're working. If you can't measure it, you can't build a strategy to reach it. 4. Goals, Then Strategy, Then Tactics. In That Order. The goal is what you want (10 new clients by March). The strategy is the route you'll take (grow through referrals and partnerships). The tactics are how you'll get there — the specific actions (2 podcast guest spots a month, a referral ask in every client wrap-up). Most people start with tactics and wonder why nothing adds up.

Intro to FFB
Hi everyone! 💜 I’m Hope Wanjeri, joining you from Nairobi, Kenya. I’m a data professional, a founder, and someone who cares deeply about using technology and leadership to create meaningful impact. I’m currently building Give Hope to Teens, a youth mentorship initiative where we work with teenagers in schools and children’s homes, helping them make better decisions and discover their purpose. One thing I’m learning as I build is that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes you just need the courage to take the next step, learn along the way, and keep showing up. I’m really excited to be part of Female Founders Breakfast because I love spaces where women can learn from each other, open doors for one another, and grow together. Sending love from Kenya! 🇰🇪💜
