I'm a self-leadership and change coach, and a Designing Your Life facilitator. I support female founders in building a strong inner architecture that supports growth, scaling and a well-lived life.

I believe the way we lead shapes the world we build. When a founder learns to regulate instead of react, to lead from clarity instead of chaos - that ripples out to their team, their families, their communities. My work is ultimately about making leadership more human.
As a human and a professional, I'm in commitment to living life of kindness, and do my best to leave a positive trace.
