Hi, I’m really happy to be part of this wonderful community! For anyone who doesn’t know me yet, I’m Rolanda. I’m a jeweller, a gemologist, and a certified trainer. I created a handmade jewellery brand called Rolanda Alves Jewels & Gems. Metal and gemstones are at the heart of my work. I use a co-creation approach, so customers help design their own pieces. I have a real passion for gemstones. Three years ago, I started teaching classes, and now I host workshops on gemstones, combining theory and hands-on practice, drawing on what I’ve learned as a bench jeweller and gemologist.

For a long time, I’ve been asking myself: Where do we truly bring this community of exceptional women together? If you’re reading this now, you are part of the very first circle: a group of incredible women shaping what this community will become. With our monthly ambassador circle, we are not just connecting; we are co-creating. Together, we are building the resources, opportunities, and support systems this ecosystem needs. There was a time when I felt very alone on this journey. There was a time when I felt like building something that did not fully resonate. Today, we are building something much bigger. A movement that is taking shape across Europe and beyond: creating access to meaningful connections, business opportunities, and investment for women. One breakfast at a time.
