“Habits are easy to overlook—good and bad—because they don’t seem like much on any given day.” - a quote I heard from James Clear, author of Atomic Habits.
That’s why it’s so easy to brush off emotional eating or random cravings…
🍟 “It’s just one snack.”
🍰 “One slice of cake won’t hurt.”
🥤 “I’ll start eating clean next week…”
The truth? One bite won’t ruin you — but your patterns will.
What you feed your body today may not show up on the scale tonight……but keep choosing from fear, frustration, or fatigue — and it will show up later. In your energy. Your skin. Your hormones. Your sleep. Your cravings.
So don’t wait for Monday or rock-bottom to start eating like you love yourself.
Just focus on getting 1% better — today.
- Add an extra glass of spring water
- Swap the snack for fruit or a green juice
- Sit down when you eat instead of rushing
- Pause before grabbing food out of boredom
It may not seem like much. But those small food decisions compound over time...
---and why inside my program we don’t push perfection.
We just get 1% better every day.
Because over time, that’s what breaks the cycle.
