I heard this phrase on a brand coaching call recently, and it stuck:
Clear. Confident. Consistent.
Three words that change everything — but only when there’s a plan.
And here’s the truth: You need a plan no matter what you’re building. A business plan. A content plan. A money plan. And yes… even a health plan.
Because when you don’t have a clear vision for how you want to feel, You’ll keep falling back on whatever’s convenient.
So today, ask yourself:
📌 Do I have a clear plan for how I want to eat, think, and live?
📌 Do I feel confident in my ability to follow it?
📌 Am I being consistent with what I said I wanted?
