3/16每週報small talk練習：聊「住處」🏡

這次每週報的主題 👉small talk： Do you live in a house or a flat(an apartment)? Is it big?

藉由Alley教怎麼回答的「黃金結構」來練習，我先想好架構就先直接講了一遍回答(ㄜ~句子很亂、片段又很卡🥲)，然後再用AI來修改和提供建議(下文)。最後再用自己的話嘗試回答(錄音)。

🤯在上週QA Ttime，我學到陳述事情時不應只注重在”翻譯”某段話，而是該要像Alley提到的：去「想像畫面」，所以這次有架構後再把腦中的”畫面”說出來~還有就是，不用勉強自己去“背”句子，尤其AI修改後的並不是我平常會用的講法，所以不用想太艱澀的字詞，只要簡單清楚表達就可以！

這個練習過程挺花時間的🫠~但多做幾次能感覺到效果🙂

🤖AI編修的內容：

I live in a townhouse. It’s not a "huge house," but it’s perfect for a small family like ours. We have a garage, a private parking spot, and even a spacious patio, which gives us some extra room.

The best part? We don’t have neighbors above or below us, so we don't have to deal with any noise. We feel so lucky we found a detached unit that fits our budget!

Why we love the area:

The Vibe: Our community is super friendly and quiet since it’s a smaller neighborhood. There’s lots of grass, trees, a pool, and even a park with walking trails nearby.

The Location: It’s so convenient! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the corner store and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket for groceries.

Why it's special to us:

This is the very first home my husband and I have ever bought. We did everything ourselves—moving in, decorating, and even fixing things up.No house is "perfect," but with a cozy home, a peaceful neighborhood, and a location with great resale value, it’s exactly where I want to be.
